Abstract
The aim of this paper was to confirm resistance to glyphosate of Conyza canadensis and C. sumatrensis populations from Aragón. Hence, we had 7 populations of C. canadensis: 6 of them with field control problems (R) and 1 considered susceptible (S) and 4 populations of C. sumatrensis: 3R and 1S. Doses-response essays were performed and the resistance factors (RF) were calculated using a log-logistic regression model with 4 parameters. Results confirmed resistance in 5 of 6 C. canadensis populations, with RF for survival and biomass parameters much higher than 10. In the case of C. sumatrensis, 2 of 3 populations expected to be R had RF with values between 9.4 and 3.5 for the same parameters.
